The name of the second deceased victim has been released from Saturday afternoon’s fatal fire in Columbus Junction.  The Columbus Junction Police Department says 57 year old James A. Mitchell who lived at 110 Main Street where the fire occurred was killed in the fire.  The investigation into the cause of the fire is continuing with the Iowa State Fire Marshall’s Office and the Louisa County Sheriff’s Department.  KCII will continue to follow this story and bring you more information as it becomes official.
