The Iowa Foundation for Agricultural Advancement (IFAA) is providing scholarships for those getting ready to start college in the fall, or are currently an undergraduate at ISU.  Washington County Extension 4-H and Youth Coordinator Kati Peiffer says scholarships will be awarded to those majoring in animal science, agriculture or human sciences related to the animal industry.  She says the scholarship deadline for incoming freshman is Sunday, May 1st and those already attending classes will be tomorrow.

Peiffer notes those attending classes are already enrolled at Iowa State University.  She says the scholarships will be awarded during the state fair on August 20th.  For more information, contact the Washington County Extension.
