Iowa’s new legislative redistricting plan is being revealed today by The Legislative Services Agency.  These new districts will be delivered to members of the General Assembly, Governor Terry Branstad’s office, and Iowa’s Congressional delegation in Washington, DC.  These plans will show statistical information and a map of the proposed districts.  The need for the new districts came from the 2010 census data.  KCII will monitor the redistricting plan and will bring you more information when it becomes official later today.
