A Catholic memorial service for 70 year old Phyllis Linnenkamp of Washington, formerly of Keota will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota.  Burial will be in the St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Harper.  Visitation with family members present will be from 9:00 to 12:00 pm on Saturday at the funeral home.  Memorials have been established to the Iowa Right to Life Educational Fund or St. James Catholic Church in Washington.
