The Washington Demon boys season came to end at the hands of a hot shooting Willimasburg Raider team. The Demons beat the Raiders last Tuesday in Demon Gym 68-61 in overtime. Playing in the same gym last night, on a game heard on KCII, the Raiders came out hitting big from three point range. Williamsburg’s Mick Donohoe hit four threes in the first quarter, which helped his team take a ten point lead into the second quarter. The Raiders got up by twenty-two early in the second half. The Demons did make a run pulling within 16, but the Raiders had it right back to a twenty point lead. Willimasburg won 60-38. Demon Head Coach Bryce Smeins says Mick Donohoe’s eight three pointers were big for them. Of his 26 points only one was a two point basket the rest were threes.

For Washington:
Colin Steele 16 points
Jake Redlinger 10 points
