The Washington County Board of Supervisors has announced the appointment of Bill Nickell as a Washington County Conservation Board member.  The Washington County Board of Supervisors appointed Nickell during their regular session yesterday morning.  Nickell will begin his term on Saturday, January 1st.  Supervisor Jim Miksch says no members of the public applied for this position and Nickell was recommended by outgoing Board member Jim Millice.  Miksch states Nickell will serve a five-year term on the Washington County Conservation Board.
