The Wellman City Council will be meeting tomorrow. Items on the agenda include a work session to discuss capital improvements plan and projects. There will also be public hearings at 7pm to discuss entering into a revenue bond loan agreement for the natural gas and water departments. There will be a resolution on approve 10th avenue between 2nd and 3rd streets as a “Weight Limit – No Vehicles over 10 Tons.” The council will also discuss and take action regarding downtown business incentive grant application. The council will meet tomorrow in the Wellman Municipal Building at 5:30pm.
