Members of the Washington Dog Park can no longer renew or purchase new memberships at Washington’s City Hall.  A Dog Park spokesman says one year memberships must now be purchased at the Paws and More animal shelter behind Casey’s on Highway 92, adding that the new location is closer to the Dog Park and is open more often.  Wednesday at 3pm representatives of the Dog Park will explain the new policy during the city’s Park Board meeting at City Hall.
