The award-winning medical marijuana documentary “Waiting to Inhale” will be screened at the Muscatine Public Library on Saturday, June 19th followed by a panel discussion featuring sufferers of chronic pain and medical marijuana advocates. The documentary examines lives of patients, doctors, and activists dealing with the issue of medical marijuana and the event is hosted by “The Marijuana Policy Project”, a group that claims to be the largest marijuana policy reform project in the United States.
