Three more state championships for area schools at the State Track and Field Meet in Des Moines. Friday, the Highland Huskies won the girls 4×2 state championship by three seconds after missing the title last year by a fraction of a second. Mid-Prairie’s Tanner Miller repeated as the 400 meter hurdle champion and the Golden Hawks Distance Medley team captured a state crown. Here are some of the big finishes from the meet yesterday:
