The Demon boys track and field team was at Mount Pleasant last night. This was a somewhat informal meet in that they didn’t score the meet as far as team scores, the primary purpose of the meet was to give the kids and extra meet between now and Drake qualifying deadline. For the Demons, Head Coach Steve Roth says Jake Redlinger had a big jump in the high jump going 6-5, his best of the season and that should put him in Drake. The 4×4 team of Landon Coker, Kyle Roder, Travis Shelman and Jordan Vittetoe got third and had a strong time of 3:35. Finally in the 100 meter dash, Landon Coker took 3rd with an 11.16 time. The Demons head to Williamsburg on Monday.
