Washington County Supervisors have laid out how they plan to hire a zoning administrator. They tentatively agreed this week to have each supervisor review each applicant, and rate them in a variety of categories. The top resumes will then be forwarded to committee comprised of two board members, and representatives of the engineer’s, auditor’s and environmental health offices. That committee would then make a recommendation to the full board of supervisors. The deadline to apply for the position is April 23.
