Iowa State University Extension is offering a food safety training class in January for food service workers and others interested in the basics of serving safe food. Safe Food is a three hour class designed to provide fundamental food safety and sanitation information useful to all restaurant and foodservice employees as well as those serving meals at churches, congregate meals, and even family reunions.
