press play to hear from Grassley

Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley says there is a legal precedent that allows the U.S. to hold terrorism suspects, without charging them with a crime. He says the precedent was set when Nazi SS officers were captured during World War II. Grassley says he’ll oppose any measure that would fund moving Guantanomo Bay detainees to U.S. soil. He spoke during a town hall meeting this week in Kalona.
