The fourth ranked IMS boys basketball team began the second part of the season with a win at home over Morning Star Academy. Morning Star Academy is a school in Bettendorf that is in their first year as a basketball program. IMS had four players score in double figures as they won 73-52. For IMS Chance Miller had 19 points, Jackson Brokaw ended up with 14, and Ethan Gingerich and Sean Prihoda each had 12. IMS was scheduled to host Highland tomorrow for a boy-girl doubleheader but with the Hawkeyes playing in the Orange Bowl tomorrow they have changed the schedule. The girls will still play their game tomorrow at 6-pm, the varsity boys game will be Saturday.
