Washington County Supervisor Adam Mangold just completed his first year on the board. He says one of the biggest challenges has been communicating with his constituents. Mangold says another surprise he encountered was how limited he sometimes is on what he can publicly say. He says there’s often issues he can’t comment on for legal reasons.
