The first AP Iowa Prep Boys’ Basketball Rankings are out and one Southeast Conference school and a few area schools are in. First in 3A, Mount Pleasant is ranked seventh. Sioux City Heelan, Carroll and Harlan are one, two, and three. Washington did receive a vote to be included. In 2A, Pekin is number 8, Western Christian Hull, Pella Christian, and Des Monies Christian are one two and three. Finally in 1A, IMS boys are ranked fifth and Keota is eighth. Rock Valley, Cedar Falls NU High, and St. Albert, Council Bluffs are ranked one, two, and three.
