The Washington Demons boys basketball team was on the road last night taking on Durant and the Demons overcame a slow first quarter to win big. The Demons were down 13-10, but in the second quarter the Demons outscored Durant 23-6 to go up by 20 at halftime. The Demons won 78-53 and improved to 2-0 on the season. Issac Gardner had 27 points and Alex Vogel had 25 going 11-11 at the free throw line. Kaleb Rich and Josh Moore had 9 points. The Demon boys next open conference play hosting Fairfield on Friday.
