Celebration of Life Service for 19 year old James Loren Vest III of Wellman is at 2:00 pm Thursday, October 8 at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday, October 7 from 2:00 to 8:00 pm at the Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wellman. A general memorial has been established.
