Washington and Muscatine Counties will come together as radio enthusiasts take part in the annual “Hamfest” event October 4. Amateur radio enthusiast Tom Brehmer says this year’s festival will take place at the Muscatine County Fairgrounds in West Liberty where participants can view electronics and computer equipment.
