Funeral Services for 75 year old Max Kaczinski (Kuh-Zin-Skee) of Washington will be at 10:30 Tuesday (4/20) morning at St. James Catholic Church. Burial with Military Honors conducted by Washington American Legion Post #29 will take place at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation begins at noon Monday (4/19) at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home. Prayer services held at 6pm and Family visitation will be 6-8 Monday (4/19) evening. A memorial has been established to St. James Catholic Church.

Celebration of life services for 82 year old Dorothy Singleton of Keota will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday (4/19) at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota. Burial will be in the Keota Cemetery.  Visitation is from 3 until 5 p.m. Sunday (4/18) at the funeral home.  Memorials have been established to the Keota Q.R.S. or Breast Cancer research in Dorothy’s name.

Funeral services for 94 year old Irvin W. White of Columbus Junction are at 2:00 tomorrow (4/14) afternoon at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation begins at noon tomorrow at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Family visitation is from 1-2 PM. Military Honors will be conducted by the Washington American Legion Post 29. A memorial has been established for Hospice of Washington County.

Mass of Christian Burial for 77 year old Gordon Secrest is at 10:00 Wednesday (4/`4) morning at St. James Catholic Church in Washington. Burial will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery near Richmond. Visitation starts at noon tomorrow (4/13) at Beatty Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 4-7 tomorrow night. A memorial has been established for Hospice of Washington County and St. James Church.

Funeral Services for 70 year old Dennis W. “Denny” Miller of Keota will be held Saturday morning at 10:30 at the the First Assembly of God Church in Washington. Burial will be at the Tyrone Cemetery in rural Keota. Visitation will begin Friday noon at the First Assembly of God Church. Family visitation will be from 6-8 Friday evening. A memorial has been established for the First Assembly of God Church or the Hospice of Washington County.

Celebration of life service for 85 year old Keith E. Yoder of rural Kalona is at 1:30 tomorrow (4/8) afternoon at Wellman Mennonite Church. Burial is at Wellman Mennonite Cemetery. Visitation is from 2-8 PM today (4/7) at Yoder Powell Funeral Home in Kalona. Memorials can be made to Iowa Mennonite School or the American Diabetes Association.

Funeral services for 92 year old Virginia D. Lindeen of Winfield, formerly of Swedesburg, are Friday (4/9) afternoon at 2:00 at the Swedesburg Evangelical Lutheran Church. Interment will follow at the Swedesburg Church Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday (4/8) from 2-6 PM at the Honts Funeral Home in Winfield. Memorials are for the Swedish Museum and the Swedesburg Church Cemetery Fund.
