Memorial Services for 47 year old Cindy Peiffer of Tempe, Arizona will be 11am Saturday at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman.  Burial will be at a later date.  Visitation is from 10am until service time on Saturday at the Powell Funeral Home.

Funeral services for 70 year old Mervin Leon Baxter of rural Richland will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday (11/27) at Pleasant Plain Friends Church in Pleasant Plain. Burial will be in Brooks Cemetery near Hedrick, IA. Visitation will open at 4 p.m. Friday afternoon at Gould Funeral Home in Richland with the family present 5:30 to 7 p.m. A general memorial has been established and may be left at the church or mailed to the family at 1070 Osage Avenue, Richland, IA 52585.

Funeral services for 93 year old Lola M. Reed of Washington will be held at 10:00 am Saturday at St. James Catholic Church.  Burial will take place in the Elm Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at noon on Friday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home with family visitation from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, followed by a prayer service at 6:00 at the funeral home.  A memorial has been established to Hospice of Washington County and St. James Parish.

Hesseltine of Washington will be held Friday at 11:00am at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington.  Visitation will be held from 9:00 am until service time at the funeral home.  Burial will be Eicher Cemetery in rural Wayland.  A memorial fund has been established for The American Legion.

Services for 71 year old Ronald Brinning of Bettendorf, formerly of Washington will be held 10:00 am today at the Bettendorf Presbyterian Church.  Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 pm today at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington prior to graveside services at Elm Grove Cemetery.  A memorial has been established to Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House and Camp Wyoming.

Celebration of Life Services for 92 year old Lorene Crone of Washington will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday (11/19) at the Jones – Eden Funeral Home. Visitation will begin 12:00 p.m. Thursday at the Jones – Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery. Memorials have been established to Hospice of Washington County, West Chester United Methodist Church and the United Presbyterian Home.
