Private family services will be held at Powell Funeral Home in Sigourney for 86 year old Dorothe Woods of Sigourney. There will be no visitation. Burial will be at a later date at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Sigourney. A memorial fund has been established for the Sigourney Public Library. Funeral services for 66 year old Peggy Ambrose of North Liberty, formerly of Brighton, will be 11 A.M. Wednesday February 20, 2013, at the Brighton United Church with Rev. Rick Zickefoose officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery following cremation. Visitation will open at 4:00 P.M. Tuesday with the family present 6:30- 8 P.M. Tuesday evening at Gould Funeral Home in Brighton. Memorials for Susan G. Celebration of Life Service for 85 year-old Shirley Wohler of Sigourney will be Monday at 11am at Hope Lutheran Church in Sigourney.

Celebration of life services for 52 year old, M. Annette Sistern, of Washington, Iowa, will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 18, 2012 at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Stiles officiating.
