Holiday Bazaar

Richland United Methodist Church will hold a fall holiday bazaar Saturday, November 21 from 8-3 at the church. There will be merchandise for sale, bake sale, and a luncheon. For more information, call Kathy and 319-456-2520.

Church Revival

The Washington Church of God will host Evangelist Robert Newton Sunday, November 8 at 10:30 am and 6:30 pm, and on Monday, November 9  at 7 pm. These services will be at time of singing, worship, and spiritual renewal. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Soup Supper

Catholic Daughters will hold their annual harvest soup supper Saturday, November 14 in the St. James Fellowship Room at 5. They will serve chili, vegetable, beef, cheesy rice and ham, and tortellini. All are welcome. Tickets are $7.00.

Marriage Seminar

Kalona Mennonite Church will host the seminar “Marriage in the Retirement Years” Sunday, November 15 at 3:30. The seminar will focus on how to have a fulfilling marriage in retirement and for those approaching retirement. There is no cost to attend.

Garage Sale

Ainsworth Community Church will hold a huge garage sale Friday, November 6 from 1-6 and Saturday, November 7 from 9-1 at the north building. There will be something for everyone. The sale will beheld rain or shine and proceeds benefit church mission work.

Election Day Supper

West Chester Methodist Church will hold an Election Day supper from 5-7 at the church. The menu includes, chicken, ham, pies, and drinks. Cost is $9 for adults, kids 6-12 are $4, 5 and under are free. Proceeds will benefit church missions.

Harvest Supper

Olds United Church of Christ will hold a harvest supper Thursday, November 5 at 5:30. This family-style meal will feature turkey and dressing. Adult admission is $8, kids 5-12 are $4, 4 and under are free.

Read and Feed Book Club
