My Life Sundays

My Life Sundays meets weekly in the Washington UMC Youth Room. Junior and senior high students welcome from 3 to 4:30pm. This is a time of faith, fun and fellowship. Games and discussions will be the guide for their time together as they explore what it means to live in faith every day.

UPC New Officer Training

A New Officers Training Day for the United Presbyterian Church is set for Saturday, January 8, from 9 a.m.-noon, with Installation-Ordination to be part of the worship service on Sunday, January 9.

UPC Festival of Arts

UPC Festival of Arts will be kicking off this month on January 10th. The church will be accepting and displaying works of art created by artists and crafts-people from our congregation and community as we head into our Festival of Arts. This will culminate on January 30 with the Festival of Arts. On January 30, all pieces will be displayed throughout 10:30 worship, during lunch following worship and after the annual meeting that day. Following the Festival of Arts in the sanctuary, the Festival will move to the Washington Public Library Helen Wilson Gallery, February 7 through February 18. The Theme will be a year in the bible, all pieces must display the scripture which was the inspiration for the work.

Kingdom Kids Enrollment

Paiva family honored

On Sunday, January 2 at the Washington Presbyterian Church the Paiva family will be honored as they return to their mission work in Paraguay.
