Title: Iowa Mennonite School Infromation Meeting
Location: IMS Auditorium
Description: Students interested in enrolling at Iowa Mennonite School in the fall of 2010, along with their parents, are invited to an evening of information (Today/tomorrow) on Monday, March 15, at 7:00 p.m. in the school’s auditorium. There will be an opportunity to meet faculty, other potential classmates and parents, and hear some important registration and tuition information. Title: Turkey Steak Supper at IMS
Location: Iowa Mennonite School
Description: Iowa Mennonite School’s Alumni Association, along with the Washington Township Optimists, will serve the annual Turkey Steak Supper at IMS, on Saturday, March 13; serving will be from 4:30-7:00 p.m. Tickets are available from members of the two organizations, as well as from members of the IMS freshman class.

Description: The Louisa County Historical Society will hold its annual Soup Supper at 5:30 p.m. (Today/tomorrow) Saturday, March 13, at the Heritage Center in Wapello. Cost for the meal is $6. John Carpenter of Columbus Junction will present the program “About the Irish,” sharing some Irish humor as well as some history about the people of Ireland.

Title: -Rivers Conservation Foundation Fund Raising Auction
Location: Delzell Brothers Showroom
Description: The Fourth Annual Tri-Rivers Conservation Foundation Fund Raising Auction will be held Saturday February 27 at Delzell Brothers Showroom. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the auction and program begin at 7:00. On the block for bidding are hunting rights, fishing trips, a local foods meal and much more. Description: Washington County Historical Society presents Edna Jones Lecture Series #2, Native Americans of Washington County Artifact Road Show and Lecture given by Project Archaeologist from the University of Iowa Mark L. Anderson on Saturday at the Washington Public Library at 2pm. It is a free will donation event.
