A traffic accident on old Highway 92 completely blocked traffic for almost two hours this morning. The Washington County Communications Center says a tractor trailer was too tall to fit under the overpass near Walker Livestock near Washington and smashed into the structure. The roadway was closed from about 8:30 until approximately 11:00 am.
