Washington County 4-H Celebrates Alumni Month

Janice (Schneider) Carr remembers how 4-H was always a family event travelling to the State Fair and Cattle Congress.  She showed beef during her 10 years in 4-H for the Clover Cloverettes 4-H club. Here Queen Abbie (Timmins) Parmele awards Carr during a beef show in 1967.  She said one of her favorite 4-H highlights were the trips to Washington D.C.    Carr's three children were a part of  Washington County 4-H and now she serves on the Youth Committee.
