Rescue crews secure a person injured in the crash in front of Washington City Hall to a stretcher for transport by ambulance (KCII NEWS)A two vehicle crash Thursday afternoon sent one person to the hospital and shutdown the westbound lanes of highway 92 in Washington for about a half-hour.
