Iowa has had a fairly dry autumn this year. This has some people worried that the subsoil of Iowa’s fields are to dry too maintain crops next year.

As farmer’s prepare for harvest, the 4-H program is reminding producers that they can contribute part of their crop. Iowa 4-H Foundation Associate Director Albert Gruenwald says they have been trying to identify new ways to raise funds in light of recent budget cuts.
