Seniors return laptops at Washington High School as part of the 1:1 program.

The Washington High School seniors returned their laptops yesterday as part of the 1:1 initiative program. Each student returned their computer to staff, who then inspected the devices for damage. Joan Hippen, teacher librarian and 1:1 coordinator, states that she is happy with how the program went overall and that there are a few changes to make for next year, such as educating students about proper social media etiquette.

Approximately 500 laptops are used at the Washington High School for the 1:1 initiative.
