An inmate housed for 645 days in Washington has paid his boarding fee. Washington County Sheriff Jerry Dunbar stated at the Board of Supervisor’s meeting that Thomas Hansen has paid the bill that amounts to more than $20,000.

The 72-year-old Riverside man was found guilty of second degree murder last November.
