The City of Wellman is nearly done with the next fiscal year’s budget. Nick Pacha, City Administrator for Wellman, says the public budget hearing will be held during their regular council meeting on March 4^th. He adds, with no major projects planned, their budget will be lower for the coming year. Their restructured debt will also provide some savings. The estimated revenue for fiscal year 2014 is 4.1 million, while their expenditures sit at $2.4 million.
