The City of Wellman has come to an agreement with a local school district who utilizes a portion of their city hall. According to City Administrator Nick Pacha, Mid-Prairie School District uses the east part of the building that used to house senior dining. He adds their current rate amounts to $1 a year from the district. Mid-Prairie Superintendent Mark Schneider says at their school board meeting this week they approved the agreed upon 5 year lease for $4,500 a year. He adds they use the space for alternative learning classes.
