The city of Washington is considering whether to proceed with a project to move a runway at the Washington Municipal Airport. The project is set to be done over the next year and be mostly funded through a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration.  Council member Bob Shellmyer has questioned the need for the work.  The council will be discussing the work at the meeting Wednesday.
