Celebration of Life Service for 65 year old Judy Williams of Keota will be held at 10:30am on Monday, February 25 at Powell Funeral Home in Keota.  Burial will be at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery in rural Harper.  Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 24, 2013, at the funeral home.
