The problem of rising college costs are increasingly being discussed on the national stage, and the issue is now being considered by Congress and President Obama. Senator Chuck Grassley tells KCII News that one problem is that every time the amount students receive from Pell Grants from the federal government increases, many colleges see this as a time to raise tuition.  He believes that it is possible to work out a solution, especially because President Obama is willing to work with Congress to find a solution.
