A plane was stopped at the Washington Municipal Airport Tuesday morning. The reasoning behind this is still uncertain. According to City Administrator Brent Hinson the incident is still confidential. He added that they’ve been working with the Department of Homeland Security Federal Office in Cedar Rapids during the course of this investigation.
