A celebration of life for 92-year-old Charles F. “Chick” Miller of Washington will be held Thursday, February 14 at 3pm at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. A time of fellowship will follow the service. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 13 from noon until 6pm at the Beatty Funeral Home where the family will greet friends from 4-6pm. A general memorial fund has been established in lieu of flowers. The Beatty Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
