The Henry County extension office in Mt. Pleasant will be hosting a Fruit Tree Grafting Workshop Tuesday, April 2^nd. The class will be led by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Specialist Patrick O’Malley. Each participant will receive two apple rootsticks, access to a variety of scions and access to tools. The program includes a presentation on reasons for grafting, types of grafting and a demonstration. Participation is $35 per person or $60 per couple.
