A semi overturned on Highway 218 early this morning. A little after 4 the Washington County Safety Center received a 911 report of an overturned semi in the ditch on Highway 218 near 335^th Street.

The driver 38 year old Craig John Lucas of Washington was transported to Washington County Hospital with minor injuries.

Those responding to the scene include the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Washington County Ambulance, Crawfordsville First Responders, Crawfordsville Fire Department and Washington County Rescue.  The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the accident.
