Highland had a five team dual tournament this weekend at the Dave Steinkamp duals, and came out 0-5.

The Huskies wrestled Boone first and lost 48-24. Kody Wood got a pin at 132 and Tyler Frank had a pin at 138.

The Huskies then faced Sumner Fredricksburg and lost 53-24, getting pins from Devin Mapp at 285, Travis Cole at 126 and Casey Castillo at 160.

Next up was meet hosts East Buchanan who won 48-34. Pins for Highland were Zach Kleopfer at 120, Cole at 126, Derrick Stewart at 152, and Casey Castillo at 160. Wood had a major decision at 132.

Highland then wrestled Jessup, and lost 57-18. Cole had a pin at 126.

Finally Highland wrestled Turkey Valley and lost 45-33. Pins for the Huskies were Castillo at 160.

Highland wrestles again Thursday against West Burlington and Columbus.
