For Martin Luther King Junior Day, the Washington Chamber of Commence has a special program planned.  They are pursuing the idea of the day being a day of service.  An ‘Alive After Five’ is scheduled for tomorrow night at Hamakua Place.  The public is invited to attend and make cards of thanks to be given to local police, E-M-T, firemen, and other emergency personnel.
