The class 2A regional basketball brackets were released for the girls.

In region 5 Highland got a bye for their first round and will play their first game on February 12. They will play the winner of Wapello and West Burlington.

The rest of the teams on that side of the bracket are L-M, Durant and Iowa City Regina.

On the other side of the bracket are Wilton, Tipton, West Branch, Alburnett, North Cedar and North Linn.
