Celebration of Life Service for 52 year old Pamela Smith of Keota will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday  at Prairie Flower Baptist Church in rural Washington. Burial will be at Keota Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Friday at the church.  A memorial fund has been established for Iowa Hospice. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota is handling the arrangements.
