The Washington City Council will be more formally discussing a possible cafe ordinance at an upcoming meeting. Washington Mayor Sandra Johnson says that first they will be looking at a rule change that would allow for outdoor seating for downtown restaurants. Johnson says that it might be another ordinance that would address whether they would also allow alcohol to be served outdoors.
