The Washington City Council is reviewing the city’s financial outlook this week. Council Member Mark Kendall will be giving a short presentation on how he sees this year’s first quarter finances going.  The issue is one that the City Administrator and other councilor members have spoken about at previous meetings. Kendall says one topic he will discuss is the timing of revenues and expenditures over the course of a year. The council meeting is Wednesday at 6 p.m.  at the former city library building.
