The Washington City Council is meeting tomorrow instead of Wednesday this week. That change is due to the Thanksgiving holiday.  The council is set to talk about downtown recycling with Luke Sanitation.  The council will also consider a series of measures that could set up a TIF district for an insurance company.  TIF districts are a business development tool that offers a temporary break on taxes.
