The Demon boy’s basketball team starts their practices this week, and will go straight into the Iowa Hall of pride game against WACO in a week.

Washington finished middle of the pack in the Southeast conference last year with a 5-3 record, but lost five seniors due to graduation.

The Demons play the rivalry in the county game against Mid-Prairie on Nov. 27, and start conference play against Fairfield on Dec. 7. The Demons play last years conference champs Mt. Pleasant on Jan. 4.

The Demons see Mid-Prairie again on Feb. 5 and Mt. Pleasant again on Feb. 8.
