WACO girl’s basketball takes on Pekin tonight.

WACO is 0-1 after losing a close game to L-M last week, and lost on Saturday to Washington at the Iowa Hall of Pride game.

WACO was led in scoring by Aaliyah Brown for both games, followed by Erika Leichty.

Pekin is also 0-1 on the year, with 28 percent shooting.

They are led in scoring by McKenna Gambell who scored 11 points in the opening game loss to WMU 50-39.
